MOR receives over $40 MM in monthly loan requests and we always welcome more funds to allocate accordingly while maintaining the highest level of underwriting standards. We underwrite each property and client thoroughly, each package will include a loan application, credit report, appraisal report, and proof of ability to service the loan. Most importantly we also inspect the property personally prior to funding the loan. We provide you with a copy of a full package after underwriting the property for your final approval.
