California properties only. We currently only lend our private investors funds in CA only and we have strategic partners that fund our deals outside of California. We have a vast knowledge of the California market and we have built a very reputable name lending in California. Best of all, California is one of the leading states thus it gives us the ability to be one step ahead of the curve. We currently fund up to 65% LTV (loan-to-value). As the market rebounds, your risk will drop to a lower LTV within the next few years.
We will appraise every property with a list of approved proven appraisers. We will also inspect every property prior to funding to ensure the quality of our loans.
