MOR Financial is a Los Angeles-based private lender and investment firm specializing in hard money real estate loans and passive real estate investment opportunities.

Role Description

We’re seeking a talented and creative Video Producer to join our fully remote team. In this full-time, salaried role, you will be responsible for producing professional-grade video content for social media, digital ads, YouTube, and commercial advertising. The ideal candidate is a strong visual storyteller with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and a keen eye for detail.

Salary Range
USD 350/month – USD 650/month
Paid in Employee's Local Currency
Depending on experience and qualifications

Working Hours
48 Hours per Week
Monday–Saturday, 8 AM – 5 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST)

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce, edit, and deliver high-quality video content across platforms.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
  • Utilize Canva for social media design when required.
  • Create engaging social media posts, advertisements, and short-form videos.
  • Develop commercial-quality advertising for campaigns.
  • Produce polished, professional YouTube videos tailored to audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.

Required Skills

  • Highly skilled in video production and editing with a strong portfolio.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
  • Canva experience is a strong plus.
  • Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and optimization for social media.
  • Excellent storytelling, pacing, and creative editing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to work on Pacific Standard Time
  • Fluent in English
  • Access to a Windows or Mac computer and a webcam for video meetings
  • Installation of VPN software on the computer profile used for work
  • Signing a non-disclosure agreement
  • Employment verification with previous employers
  • Successful completion of role-related aptitude and/or skills assessments
  • Passing a comprehensive background check
  • Exclusive Employment: Candidates must formally resign from any previous or current roles prior to commencing employment with MOR Financial; dual employment is not permitted. Proof of resignation may be requested.
  • 5+ years of video production and marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience producing video content for the finance, real estate, or lending industry
  • Familiarity with motion graphics, animation, or 3D rendering
  • Experience working with remote, distributed teams
